上的新變化及秘書部主管吳淑坤小姐則講解公司秘書的職責及工作。
Ms Janice Leung, CKY’s technical director, gave CKY staff a talk for the updates on accounting
and auditing standards at HKSC; while Ms April Ng, CKY’s secretarial director, also presented a
talk on company secretarial duties in 1998.
