there are any areas of our services requiring improvements?

LI CKY’s quick turnaround time when handling our request is considered
outstanding and competent!

That is great! As mentioned by Joseph earlier, it would be our honour to JL
continue to collaborate and develop to encounter new challenges in the
future.

LI We have absolute trust in CKY for its consultancy and services.

We previously experienced and battled against hardships back in the year JY
1983, 1997, 2000 for the dot-com bubble burst and 2003 for SARS. Yet the
economic and social shutdown induced by this pandemic is unprecedented.

YK Indeed. People intended to let go and move on when they faced the above-

mentioned adversaries, believing everything will be solved eventually. This
pandemic though is unforeseeable.

There are many unknown variables and it is hard to predict the outcome for JY
this time.

LI Take SARS as an example, it only lasted for a few months and it did not really
impact the business.

I agree. SARS mainly affects Mainland China and Hong Kong and did not lead JL
to a global shutdown.

LI I remember our Company was still operating at a profit every month during
the SARS period. The business results in Guangdong and Hong Kong were
relatively unsatisfactory while the rest of the area was not affected.
However, the profound impact of this pandemic is extensive and may take
a while to resolve. The situation in developed countries seems to have
subsided, but the pandemic is still ravaging a lot of developing countries
such as Brazil and Indonesia. Those countries’ fiscal finance and medical

systems are less developed.
