Yamamoto-san, why did you appoint H N Li & Company as the auditor in the JY
first place?

YK Back in those days our office was located at the French Bank Building and we
did not engage in any accounting service provider. We probably approached
H N Li & Company as they were neighbouring to our office.

Based on my memory, H N Li & Company’s office was in Swire House. JY
Subsequently the office was moved to Bank of Canton Building, the existing
No. 9 Queen's Road Central, which was relatively closer to your Company.

LI In response to your question, Mr Yamamoto’s accountant at the time
personally knew Mr H N Li.

YK Our cooperation has actually lasted for nearly sixty years, we opened a
factory back in 1962.

Very true. We have also been witnessing the rapid expansion of San-A (HK) JY
Limited’s business. This could also be seen from the size of the Company’s

office, it is now occupying two floors due to a bigger business scale. The
business line has been diversified with the development of Star Precisions
Limited and Star-Asia Technology Limited. As the second generation
management of CKY, would you like to give us some suggestions or
comments on our services?

LI CKY’s services and support to customers have been very professional and
comprehensive. CKY could provide a wide range of assistance whether our
questions are related to accounting or general businesses. We receive great
professional advice from your end in particular about taxation.

We are thankful for your compliments and we will definitely continue to JY
thrive and work hard. Yamamoto-san, your Company has a second
generation, Mr Tsunoda, as the Company’s successor. On my side, CKY
continues to merge and expand our business, in which the new accounting
practice acquired is handled by my son and daughter-in-law. I believe our
cooperative business relationship can be sustained with both our
companies’ undergoing the succession plan.

LI I do hope both our companies can continue the collaboration.
