OUR FUTURE PROSPECT



                     CKY  has  established  its  reputation  in  “Corporate  Social  Responsibility”  not  only  in  the
                     accounting and education fields for its contributions of nurturing and cultivating talents, but
                     also engages in providing support to the people in need in the society. Starting from 2011 which
                     was the year of CKY’s Golden Jubilee, we have been committed to incorporate “Environmental,
                     Social and Governance” contribution to our business model and aim to promote a sustainable
                     development within the firm as well as for the community. CKY has been advocating the ESG
                     concepts such as caring for the disadvantaged, the environment and the stakeholders of CKY.

                     In turns of environmental protection, CKY is progressively replacing all electrical appliances with
                     higher energy efficiency including LED lighting and air-conditioners with Grade 1 Energy Label.
                     This  update  complements  with  the  Firm’s  ongoing  effort  to  deliver  shredded  papers  and
                     obsolete computers for recycling in order to minimise the waste produced in the environment.
                     In addition, the management decides to take the opportunity to adopt a paperless approach in
                     the newly merged operation in 2020 with the launch of new software and scanners.

                     Besides, we have been committed to helping the disadvantaged, including joining charity walks
                     to raise fund for the students with special educational needs, supporting Orbis to fight the
                     avoidable blindness and donating for the Caritas Hong Kong Charity Show. We also provide
                     internship  opportunity  to  students  of  higher  education  institutions  and  mentorships  for
                     university accounting students and newly graduated qualified accountants.


                     Last but not least, from practising alternate Saturday-off policy in 2007, to implementing the 5-
                     day work week campaign in 2012, and then the introduction of flexible working hours and
                     “Work From Home” during COVID-19 pandemic, CKY continues to listen to employees’ opinion
                     and promotes their wellbeing. Those measures are based on employees’ recommendations so
                     that  they  can  have  a  better  working  atmosphere  to  reduce  their  stress.  We  always  try  to
                     introduce new welfare such as birthday leave and red packet, training budget, entertainment
                     budget and that’s why CKY is honoured with “Manpower Developer” title for twelve straight
                     years.

                     CKY has been innovative, adaptive and resilient in the past six decades of continuous and rapid
                     changing environment. Looking forward to our progress and as part of our strategic planning,
                     we are committed to engage in more consultancy services in particular for helping out family
                     offices with customised wealth succession planning, providing outsource services on payroll
                     and human resources, real properties leasing and management, and also serving all needs for
                     start-up  entrepreneurs.  With  our  networking  in  the  accountancy,  legal  and  banking  fields
                     around the world, CKY is experienced in locating joint venturers and/or alliances to complete
                     the target jobs. We are aspired to the future in utilising technology, social media and mobility
                     of employees, together with our team of specialists from all professional fields, to meet and
                     fulfil the clients’ success with highest level of efficiency and effectiveness.
